I cannot find the package for this house

I cannot find the address listed 

An animal is preventing me from delivering 

The package is damaged

I'm unable to get into the building or gated area.

We are experiencing a weather event, like a bunch of snow/ice or rain. 

This package requires a One Time passcode, but nobody is home. What do I do?
