Double check Customer notes for instructions
Select the "?" in the FLEX app and call customer
CALL Dispatch (we may have information from previous deliveries that are not in the notes, we also have our partners' support in many situations)
If not resolved, Select the "?" in the FLEX app and Select "Unable to Deliver"
Select "Unable to Access", the FLEX app will prompt you to call the customer again, Call the customer again (this will keep you Contact Compliant)
CALL Dispatch and report the outcome
Move on to your next delivery
