If you were unable to contact the customer, Select the "?" in the upper right corner of the FLEX app and Select "Unable to Deliver"
Select "Nowhere Safe to Leave Package" and the FLEX app will force you to call the customer again, Call the customer again (this will keep you Contact Compliant)
CALL Dispatch and communicate the outcome (the reason for this is our Partner requires us to give reasons for deliveries not successful and they work on the back end to assist in getting customers' contacted and packages delivered.)
