Business Closed

Are you at a business and it appears to be closed?

1. Verify the Business is actually closed by checking your ability to access the customer entrance.

2. Check the notes for any additional information. If no information available

3. Call the customer through the Flex app to try and make the delivery. If no response....

4. Call the customer again or Text the customer to stay Contact Compliant  (This redundant step is what makes you Contact Compliant)

5. Select the "?" in the upper right corner

6. Select "Unable to Deliver"

7. Select "Business Closed" and swipe to finish

8. Move on to your next stop.
