Are you at a business and it appears to be close?
Are you at a business and it appears to be close?
Verify the Business is actually closed by checking your ability to access the customer entrance.
If it appears the business should be open (i.e. you've arrived during normal business hours), check to see if you have arrived during a lunch break (i.e. you've arrived between the hours of 11:00am- 1:00pm). If this appears to be the case, make preparations on a return trip later in your route, and then Reattempt Delivery
Call the customer through the Flex app
Select the "?" in the upper right corner
Select "Unable to Deliver"
Select "Business Closed"
CALL Dispatch and report the issue.
