Check your vehicle for any rogue packages, check and collapse all of your totes.
Dispatch will direct you on next steps. Next steps may include the following:
Reattempting Delivery of previously undeliverable packages
Heading to a teammate to assist in delivering remaining packages (Ripple Rescue)
Heading to a teammate to drop off some sort of peripheral (i.e. phone, phone charging cord/brick, fuel card, swapping vehicles, a friendly face to vent your days events)
Ripple Rescues happen for multiple reasons:
Another Ripple driver had an unplanned delay (stuck at a train, flat tire, stuck in the mud, vehicle accident, medical issue, massive route, or a route that was miscalculated on our partners side)
Another Ripple driver needs assistance with organization or pace.
Another Ripple driver needs a friend, needs support, needs some help.
