When you perform your Pre-Trip DVIC in the morning, check your fuel level
If you have over 3/4 of a tank, you can head to your first stop immediately after departing the station.
If you are under 3/4 of a tank, ask a tenured driver, ask Dan, ask Jaimee, or Call Dispatch and ask what you should do.
When you are completed with your route, and calling dispatch, inform dispatch if you fueled up this morning and how much fuel you currently have.
Follow dispatch's instructions on next steps (this varies based on the time of day and geographical location)
If you feel you need to fuel up at the start or end of your route, the process is as follows:
GPS to the closest approved gas station (keep in mind, all approved gas stations are within 5 miles of the distribution center)

VERY VERY IMPORTANT #1. MANY accidents have happened at gas stations, please use caution when pulling into and out of a gas station pump location (The concrete poles surrounding the pumps are NOT flexible and WILL rip the side of a vehicle off)
VERY VERY IMPORTANT #2. DOES YOUR VEHICLE TAKE GASOLINE OR DIESEL? Not sure, CALL Dispatch. Mercedes take Diesel, EVERYTHING else takes Regular Unledeaded Gasoline.
Still not sure what type of fuel your vehicle requires CALL DISPATCH!!!!
Your Fuel credit card is in your case.
Your PIN # is generally your birthday in the following format (MMDDYY) (i.e. If your birthday is December 25, 1999 your PIN # would would be "122599")
Enter the Odometer reading on your vehicle (miles driven during it's lifetime)
